FOJP’s Fan Spotlight
Welcome to the sixth year of Friends of Josh Pyke.
You could say we’re looking different, perhaps a little older, a little wiser? Well, it’s all part of our big plans for 2012.
This here website has received a make over by our very talented Robert Polmear. As well as looking all snazzy and new, there’s been a few additions to the website. We’ll let you work them out for yourself though.
But I want to point out one addition, introducing.. FOJP’s Fan Spotlight. We think JP fans are the greatest, but we want to get to know you a little better. So why not shine the spotlight on you? We’ve got some prizes to give away every month. Head to this page for details.
So what’s happened so far in 2012?
Josh bought in the new year at Falls Festivals in VIC and TAS before heading to Southbound in WA. Mid January saw Pyke play at the Jagermeister Hunting Lodge in Sydney, and the Australian Open in Melbourne!
On Australia Day, Triple J’s Hottest 100 countdown took place. Unfortunately, no Josh Pyke songs made it in, but at no. 84 360′s Throw It Away ft. Josh Pyke did!
Josh is currently on the road for the Only Sparrows regional tour. Head to our gigs page for dates and ticket info. We’d love to see your photos, or read your reviews so email us. Who knows, maybe one of those penguins will make an appearance at another gig?
To celebrate the launch of the redesigned website, we’ve got a few giveaways!
Over on our Facebook page, we want to tell the world about our website’s makeover! For your chance to win a copy of Only Sparrows and a Chimney’s Afire tote bag, simply like our status, or share the status, or leave a comment with your thoughts on the redesign.
