Friends of Josh Pyke turns 10 competition

To celebrate Friends of Josh Pyke’s 10th birthday, we’re teaming up with Josh Pyke & Wonderlick to host a super intimate live show in Sydney on Monday August 29th.

All you have to do is upload a public photo to social media using the hashtag #FOJPturns10 and an answer in 25 words or less to the following question: “What is your favourite Josh Pyke/Friends of Josh Pyke moment?”

Then send an email to fojpturns10@gmail.com with your full name, contact number, and a screen shot of your entry.

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY



The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Any materials submitted by the winning entrant as part of this Promotion must be original, accurate, unaltered and the entrants own work. Entrants who breach this clause may be deemed ineligible.

To be eligible to win a prize in this competition, an entry must not:

(a) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;

(b) be incomplete or illegible; or

(c) be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content which, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable.

The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

This competition is in no way associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

All entries become the property of the Promoter.

This competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Each Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

Each Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

No alternative will be provided and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize.

Each prize is to be used for personal use only and not to be re-sold.

COMPETITION PERIOD
Competition starts 7pm AEST on Monday 8th August 2016 and ends on Thursday 18th August 2016 at 6pm AEST.

ENTRY METHOD
To enter, during the Competition Period, entrants must;

(a)   Upload a public photo to social media using the hashtag #FOJPturns10 and an answer in 25 words or less to the following question: “What is your favourite Josh Pyke/Friends of Josh Pyke moment?”

(b)  Send an email to fojpturns10@gmail.com with the entrant’s full name, contact number, and a screen shot of their entry.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES
One per day.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Each valid entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter and based on creativity and originality.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winners will be notified by email by Saturday August 20th 2016.

PRIZE CLAIM AND DATE
Prize must be claimed by Saturday August 27th 2016.

PRIZE DETAILS
There is a total of 5 (five) prizes which consist of:

X1 entry to intimate live show for winner and one guest.

TOTAL VALUE OF THE PRIZE POOL
AU $400

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE
It is the Winner’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the event, and no flights/ accommodation are included.

The show will take place in a central Sydney location on Monday August 29th at approximately 8pm. Location and full details will be disclosed to the winners.

No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any changes in dates, times or cancellations.
