Splendour, Sounds of Spring + more

Josh Pyke has been announced on the 2009 Splendour line up AND the Sounds of Spring, for the full line ups head over to the Splendour or Sounds of Spring websites. And be sure to head over to our forum and let us know if you’re going!

Pyke, Rogers, Cheney and Jamieson! Sounds exciting right? Triple J were told that Tim Rogers, Chris Cheney, Phil Jamieson and Josh Pyke are working on a special collobration project.  It’s a series of concerts where The Beatles’ White Album will be played from start to finish.

The dates have been announced: (on FasterLouder)
Tuesday 4 August – Hamer Hall, Melbourne
Thursday 6 August – Brisbane QPAC
Friday 7 & Saturday 8 August – Sydney Opera House

Josh is still on his regional tour, having completed the QLD tour with Little Scout, The Jezables now join Josh for the remainder of the tour for the VIC and NSW dates. Once again, we’re encouraging you all to send in photos and reviews, so email them to friendsofjoshpyke@gmail.com
